About

your Talent advisor is one soul, Laurence Rottesman, with a purpose: to take people, teams and companies on a journey to connect the dots, make conscious choices and take meaningful action.
I studied work psychology and have been active for 25 years in the HR field, at the heart of large organisations, SMEs and start-ups.
At some point, I was drawn to the world of professional coaching, and I believe it wasn’t merely by chance. I dived deep into the fascinating processes that enable human beings to express the best in themselves, whatever their circumstances..
Since then I have been balancing both practices of HR and coaching by integrating them into a meaningful whole for my clients and myself.
I take people and teams on a journey into their inner universe to better (re)connect, make decisions and move into action. And I assist HR teams in creating the culture and tools that will empower their people and the organisation, to thrive and grow.
I value and put in practice as much as I can deep listening and genuine conversations.
My signature strengths are  honesty, love of learning, kindness, and curiosity. If you want to know what yours are, your personal strengths or the ones of your team, I will happily take you through that journey of discovery.
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential-holders are trained and experienced coaches. They demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the application of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies of coaching, show a commitment to high ethical standards and professional competence in their work with clients. The ACC credentialing must be renewed every three years, entailing continuous training and reflective work.

Why working with a certified coach matters

Working with a certified coach means engaging in a structured and professional process grounded in a clear methodology, ethical framework and evidence-based techniques. Coaching is not about giving advice, but about creating the conditions for lasting change, supporting shifts in perspective, awareness and behaviour that lead to sustainable results.
