The Team Strengths Program for Evolving Teams is designed to offer teams a pause from daily pressure – a safe and energising space to navigate change, strengthen cohesion and reconnect with what truly matters, before diving back into action.
Built on the character strengths and evidence-based humanistic psychology, the program combines individual coaching and team workshops in a progressive, systemic journey. Through this alternance, individual growth nourishes the team, and team dynamics, in turn, support each individual’s development.
Over a timespan of three months, including time to reflect and experiment in their field, teams gain clarity on roles and complementarities, highten strengths-based cooperation, increase agility in times of change, and cultivate a culture of recognition, learning and sustainable performance.
This program is tailored with HR and the team manager to ensure relevance and alignment with real-life challenges in the workplace.
The team ends up with a strengths-based action plan, as a new approach to their team goal and challenges. The progressive and blended approach supports both deep individual reflection and concrete team-level application, ensuring sustainable learning and impact.
