Embark on a journey of self-discovery and team empowerment. Delve into the realms of humanistic psychology as we uncover the unique character strengths of the team members and the collective strengths of the team as a whole entity.

Through engaging activities and reflective exercises, the participants will gain insight into their personal strengths and learn how to appreciate the strengths of others within the team.
By cultivating a strengths-based culture, teams can enhance cohesiveness, resilience and ultimately overall performance. This workshop provides a safe space in which the teams can feel comfortable to discuss the challenges they may be experiencing in the light of their strengths. It raises energy levels at a time when it is necessary to reconnect.

Team Strengths Program for Evolving Teams

The Team Strengths Program for Evolving Teams is designed to offer teams a pause from daily pressure – a safe and energising space to navigate change, strengthen cohesion and reconnect with what truly matters, before diving back into action.

Built on the character strengths and evidence-based humanistic psychology, the program combines individual coaching and team workshops in a progressive, systemic journey. Through this alternance, individual growth nourishes the team, and team dynamics, in turn, support each individual’s development.
Over a timespan of three months, including time to reflect and experiment in their field, teams gain clarity on roles and complementarities, highten strengths-based cooperation, increase agility in times of change, and cultivate a culture of recognition, learning and sustainable performance.

This program is tailored with HR and the team manager to ensure relevance and alignment with real-life challenges in the workplace.

The team ends up with a strengths-based action plan, as a new approach to their team goal and challenges. The progressive and blended approach supports both deep individual reflection and concrete team-level application, ensuring sustainable learning and impact.

Unlock the power of coaching in your organisation and teams through your HR people and team managers. This program aims to empower the participants with the knowledge, skills and mindset needed to adopt a coaching approach in the people development part of their role.
Through interactive learning activities and practical techniques, they will learn how to ask powerful questions, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback to support the growth of their employees and team members. Practical tools are provided and practiced, as well as self-reflective exercises for a sharper self-awareness.

By fostering a coaching culture, HR professionals and people managers enhance engagement, performance and retention. They act upon the growth mindset and activate their people’s potential.
This blended program alternates between 4 training sessions and 4 coaching sessions, which allows the participants to practice the concepts in their field and find their own style through experience and reflection. Each training session is followed by a coaching session in which specific situations are explored.

A follow-up session and a personalised action plan follow the 4 experiential learning phases after one to two months of practice. This program is a blend of conceptual training and personalised coaching, and can be held in a team or one-on-one setting.
